Stats Preview: Rd 17 v Jaguares

We take a look at the key numbers ahead of the Melbourne Rebels final game of the season against the Jaguares at AAMI Park on Friday night.

100 – Melbourne Rebels centre Mitch Inman is set to play his 100th Super Rugby game on Friday night against the Jaguares. Inman joined the Melbourne-based club in 2012 from the Western Force, and made his Rebels debut against the NSW Waratahs on 2nd March 2012.

50 – Melbourne Rebels prop Toby Smith is in line to play his 50th game for the club on Friday night against the Jaguares. Smith made his Melbourne Rebels debut against the Cheetahs in round 3, 2014.

49 – It has been 49 days since the Rebels last took the field of AAMI Park before the international break when they took on the Crusaders in Round 14.

1 – Lopeti Timani is the only current Rebel to make his Wallabies debut against Argentina. The backrower came off the bench for his Wallabies debut in Perth on September 17 2016.

0 – The number of time the Rebels and Jaguares have previously met in Super Rugby. Friday night’s fixture will be the first game between the two sides following the Argentinians introduction in 2016.
