The Melbourne Rebels Elite Pathway is focused on the development of local talent, by providing a number of opportunities for aspiring Victorian Rugby players to play and develop.

With a complete pathway that stretches from our U12’s Melbourne Rebels side all the way up to the Melbourne Rebels side that runs out on AAMI Park, we are totally focused on keeping our talented youth here in Victoria.

We have the ability to track and monitor all players within our pathway, enabling us the opportunity provide a personalised approach to their long term development.

The main aim of our programs are to encourage athletic development, enhance skill acquisition in athletes and expose players to a higher level of coaching with a look to their long term player development.

Supporting this are a number of educational programs around nutrition, social media and best practice for recovery and game day prep, so that all players that enter our pathway leave better for having been a part of it.
